Have you seen the Yaesu radio here https://www.gps.co.uk/product/yaesu-fta-750l-vhf-handheld-transceiver/ according to the user manual it appears to have Dual Watch. No idea how well it works though or what’s needed to interface it to an existing intercom system. maybe there are adaptors available or the wires are universal across different radio brands.
